Mission Control Motosports was established in 2003 and has evolved into one of the UK's leading suppliers of Off-Road motorcycle parts and accessories. The company went Limited in 2007 and continues to grow year on year. We've just launched our new website in July 2011 and rebranded our online store as MissionMX. We're not just an online store! We also produce a mail order catalogue have a retail outlet in Leominster, Herefordshire where you can come and browse, try things on for size or collect your orders.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro cards. Your payment will be taken at the time of ordering. If an item is out of stock we will email you with an expected delivery date. If the item is no longer available we will offer an alternative or a refund.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
Although we offer our customers the option of a delivery address, we will only ship to a delivery address if your payment transaction has been fully 3D-Authenticated by MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa, or if you're an exsisting customer and your address has been verified by other means.
Orders paid for by PayPal will only be dispatched to the PayPal address. We may make exceptions if you're an exsisting customer and your address has been verified by other means.
We will endeavor to complete all Internet Orders within 3 working days. (Monday-Friday).
We don't guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which arrive outside our target delivery time.

Back Orders
If the product you order is temporarily out of stock, we will atomatically back order it for you.

Returns Policy
*Christmas Returns Policy - Items ordered before Christmas can be returned in the New Year providing you contact us for a returns number during the first week of the New Year.
- Please return goods to us via Recorded post we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
- Please keep a proof of posting for any items you return.
- Goods must be returned in New & Un-used condition complete with the manufacturer's bags & tags still attached.
- Clothing which does not fit may be returned and exchanged for another size.
- Please contact us for a returns number and return the goods within 7 days of receipt.
- All returned goods will be inspected before a replacement or refund is issued.
